Metropcs arrogant rip offs

I bought a phone and 40.00 a month plan from metropcs online in may..in september the phone stopped charging. I brought the phone to a "service center"where, per online instructions, i could bring my phone in for a replacment or exchange.

There i was told that the charging port was defective and that is was covered by the warranty. I was told by the associate that i would need to bring the phone to the "coporate store "as they are the only store that issues a replacement or exchange"... Which contradicts the online instructions.

I arrived at the"corporate store" and walked up to the counter. There were 5 to 6 people behind the counter talking. I was ther only customer in the store. They turned and saw me walk in and went back to thier conversation... After waiting for a couple minutes i asked if someone could help me. After a few dirty looks a woman walked to the counter and i started to explain that i was sent by the other store.

She interupted me and asked to see the phone. I handed her the phone and she started looking the phone over. Turning it over, opening the back, plugging it into a charger repeatedly... (the phone looks brand new-not a scratch on it)
She then put it up to the light, to look inside the charging port and said"you need to buy a new phone, you broke the charging port inside". I started to explain that it was still under warranty when i was once again interupted by her saying"sir, you are not listening to me, you need to buy a new phone"

I told her that online warranty gives me either a replacement phone or a new phone. Once again she interupted me mid=sentence with"sir, you are not listening to me, you need to buy a new phone" i have never had to deal with such an ignorant person when doing business with someone who is supposed to be servicing me... She would not answer any questions about warranty or replacements... Her answer was repeatedly"sir you need to buy a new phone".. When i asked to speak to a supervisor i was was told that" there is no supervisor here right now and that it does not change the fact that i nee4d to buy a new phone. I took the phone back and went home thinking i could go online and straighten it out.
I contacted metropcs ONLINE when i arrived home and spoke with daniel#52464. I explained everything that happened and was told the i would need to take my phone to a "corporate store" for exchange or replacement. I guess he was not reading what i was typing... Again i explained what i went thru and again he told me i need to take the phone to a corporate store and gave me the address of the corporate store (which is the same address i had given him five minutes before as the store i just visited)

Again i explained what had happened and he said i could take it to another corporate store which is 96 miles from my home. He said other than that there is nothing he could do... Bottom line-no replacement-no exchange-no warranty honored. Worst customer service i have ever had to deal with. Arrogant, ignorant people
