Not only does Witold Lach not pay the ILLEGALS that work for him (all from poland) But he has yet to pay me the $2,300 that I gave him over two years ago. He runs his business (VIP TECH) Electric with 100% illegal help. Not one of them is certafied with the state of Illinois nor do they have a valid drivers licence. He is a drug dealer very big into cocaine. I have asked him several times for my money and I get excuse after excuse. He has money to sit at his shop after work and drink with all of the guys that work for him. But cant pay me what he owes me. He is a sub contractor for a company in barrington Illinois (cobalt commerical construction) they are very bad at paying people that work for them as well. He cheats on his wife (Klaudia Lach) that he has several small children with. He keeps two girl friends on the side. He even pays the rent for one of them (natashia).
