GE Money Bank has started calculating the average daily balance on an amount higher than the card balance with no change in rate

GE Money Lender has started determining the typical daily balance on a sum greater than the card harmony without any change in price, no costs, no promotional prices closing... We've attempted many times by telephone with Joe Botros Jr. 8246 with no one within the paramus organization may clarify why they're determining our curiosity on a sum we do not owe.
