Over the past year I've spent over 6K at this dump. I've spent more hours waiting for them to fix stuff that they've installed then actual install time. I actually had to pay someone else to rewire the abortion of an install they performed on my HID fog lights and air horn. They used tap screws which rusted, and they left several exposed wires which caused a fire and electrical hazard. The installer drilled screws through the floor board of my new car. One day after installing my air horn, the screws all vibrated out and the air tank nearly dropped from underneath the vehicle. The owner Phil is cheap and refused to pay for the repairs that I had to make due to the substandard installation they performed. He claims that it wasn't their fault. I wish that I would have read these reviews prior to going to Senor Stereo. It would have saved me money and more importantly "TIME"!!!
