I called Honeywell about their thermostat in my house. They insisted I had to remove the unit. I clearly told them I did not want to do that. They insisted that I do it, and that they would be able to talk me through and instruct on how to re-install the unit. Finally I took it off the wall and was unable to replace it, at which point they said, "We cannot help you to remount the unit." I had to call an electrician to re-install it, for $175. I asked that Honeywell reimburse me for the $175 but they refused, saying it wasn't their problem. This is lousy customer service. Do not buy Honeywell products.
