On 11/2 Aqua Solutions & Rainbow Vacuum salesperson, Donna, arrived to demo a Rainbow Vacuum Cleaner to my elderly parents and they were promised free steak knives as a gift. They advised Donna these were under guardianship and really should not sign agreements. Donna dismissed the guardianship problem and persuaded them to signal a deal for a Range vacuum ($2400). Our parents created a $200 deposit fee via check.

On 11/4 My parents/wards called me to inform me of the new vacuum cleaner and the contract. I told my mom the machine was too costly and also the agreement ought to be ended and my mom decided that it had been overweight on her to deal with when water was within the device (she weighs 100 pounds).
