We'd prefer to end our agreement with Peak Business Options successful immediately. We registered for the providers on January 24 with E-H*d. He named N P*, revenue boss, often during our assembly for clarifications and approvals. After completing the agreement in its whole, we were informed there is a mistake on page 2. Mr. H*d visited his automobile to obtain a second agreement. He transformed the conditions of our contract from no yearly charge to an annual charge of $99.95. We were guaranteed by Mr. H*d and Mr. P* this was essential for running the agreement which we'd not be billed the annual charge. I talked to Mr. P* myself and requested him many times to confirm that people wouldn't be billed an annual charge. We were billed the charge anyway. Whenever we named to inquire why, we were informed it had been within the agreement. We were returned the $99.95 and were informed it had been to renounce the service charge. We were also informed this by Mr. H* when he use it Site 6 of the agreement. Throughout the span of my telephone call with N*, I had been requested to send a duplicate of the initial site 2, that we did. We obtained a call-back later that evening. We were informed our agreement claims we've to pay for the annual charge. I expected for N P* and was informed he was active. I expected for him to come back my phone and was informed he might. He never did. I named and left him a speech communication requesting him to please return my telephone call. He never did. I called again today and requested to talk to his boss and was informed he was within the breakroom.
