This person is the perfect Ebay Scammer, they have 100% feedback since Ebay does not let sellers leave feedback anymore. Bought an I phone from me. I stated will only ship to a confirmed address. Ruspan12 told me that the Paypal was not accepting their payment. I called Pay-pal and found out this was a lie. Then they sent me a spoof email, stateing that pay-pal tried to communitcate with them. Looked like a Nigerian scam. This was a 500 auction. Ruined by this scammer. SELLERS and BUYERS BEWARE of this person since they have a perfect looking account, this is the perfect Scam!!! They wanted me to Ship somewhere in Mexico...
