I purchased an item through Sears.com and this person was a 3rd party seller. I ordered a 10.1 Google Android touch pad with wi-fi and camera on June 17. I didn't receive a product until July 7 after many phone calls to Sears. When I did receive a product it was a touch pad but no camera and wi-fi. It broke within 3 days of testing it. I returned it last week, and finally got notice from Sears I will be issued a refund, but have yet to see money in my bank account yet. The phone number they list on Sears website is also disconnected. Worst online ordering experience ever...
