Good Day, I received my order as seen below on time and was very excited at the prompt arrival of my order.
However i am not happy with the product. The craftmanship and functionality is unsatisfactory for following reasons
-i am unable to see faces 6 feet away in daylight although i got the high resolution recommended by your website
-i can see the glue on the back of the casing of the product
-the memory card was painted white and is still tacky (yes sticky memory SD Card)
-the included software that you provided is outdated so the resulting video file doesn't play in Windows Media Player 11.
I was given an rma number and a return address. That i shipped the product back to for a refund.

Good Day Russel, I show that your product was shipped back to you. It was packaged in foam, same as it was sent to me.
