I bought three (3) Kyocera phones from Cricket for my children. All of these phones had rebates ($100, $100, $130 and a camera). One rebate after another was being declined.
I received paperwork to have completed and notorized on one phone 6 months ago and still no rebate. I was told on one rebate that I did not send in the barcode from the box. I have done everything that was asked by Cricket and still I keep getting the run around from these jerks.
Is there no justice in his country for the little guy? I think not. How can a company get by with this? If it is so easy to sell products with the promise of a service or a rebate and then not honor those promises then why don't we all start doing it and get rich!
I may not get MY MONEY from these jerks but I know there will be a day that they will pay for thier dishonesty.
