With sheer disgust and disappointment we bring to your kind notice that on 21th june
We had lodged our complain at to the bhopal (india) service centre. And till date (16th july). Extremely poor response from the consumer service center have become a chip on our shoulder. They have taken our lcd television and they continuously rescheduling the last date. We now have no other option than to go to consumer court. We considerably doubt that the television was picked up from our residence in heavy rains on the two wheeler and probably have spoiled due to their carelessness. The engineers / workers seems to be inefficient or carefree. Twice the complaint has been cancelled by the service executives from mumbai. Their ignorance and carelessness is intolerable. Rs. 1500 service charge has been taken that very date. Please check and do the needful at the earliest.
