On july 30 I bought a virgin cellular $40 top up card. I utilized that $40 card to my $30 strategy, that will be 1500mins 500 txt monthly and my telephone show stated that the deal was effective (1500 anytime mins / 500 txt). After I woke-on July 1 my stability was $27. I named virgin moble customer support and talked with Hyde and he or she was prepared to provide me the program ($30 strategy 1500/500). I then ask her concerning the vary from the $40 and he or she attempted to justify why virgin cell wasn't likely to place the total amount about the consideration. Hyde claims because I did not contact them to alter ideas these were not prone to reinburse my stability. But, their item claims different. Our Telephone (VirginMoiblePhone) claims the change of strategy was effective which I had been given 1500mins/500txt for that month of July. Within the stability and utilization it exhibits the deal but, the HeadSupervisor Ms. May claims the deal does not display on the report... Where's THE CUSTOMER RIGHTS / SAFETY within this scenario. I am out-of $10 change which is not good.
