Once you get to the cashier, GOOD LUCK. A couple years ago I wanted 2 gift cards from there. It took 45 min and 3 mgrs to make 2 seperate transactions including 2 seperate credit card payments to get it. Then they printed it out on regul... Ar dot matrix printer (you know the paper with the holes on the side used in the 80"s?) Well that was two years ago! So we go in today and try to redeem a plastic gift card (yup they updated them last year) and a cashier and two other mgrs could not look up amount left on card because they didn't have passwords or codes to let them do that? No phone # on back of card and when I did find a # on internet, no one answered the phone! How can i get anyone to tell me my balance on my gift card??
