HP warranty review

I spilt soda on computer but did purchase the accendental damage warrantee. I purchased computer online on Feb 22.2011 at the same time purchased the warranty. It seems the computer is not getting fixed and no one knows when it will get done and its been a week now. Repair ticket # FSk450-01
