Now I understand why the motive for this company to treat its consultants and customers so badly. It's all part of a MLM scam to line the pockets of the owners family. For your background. Tamme is the founder of Scrap in a Snap, Rob is Tamme's brother in law (also the really intelligent specimen that replied to someone else on this site) and also the CEO of the company, and Debbi - who wrote this below is Tamme's sister and Rob's wife. Geesh, they seem like the stereotype of a Utah family - hope there's not too much blood relation!
Scrap in a Snap is MLM business - meaning that they recruit consultants to sell products (if they deliver them) and recruit more consultants to sell under them. They get paid on not only what they sell but also what their own consultants sell as well. So the more people you recruit, the more money you can make. Or can you? Debbi (president's sister) is one of the first consultants - so she makes money on a high percentage of all of their consultants - they have like 12,000 consultants i heard. However, if someone quits, they compress and move up and are supported by someone higher up. Basically, if the right people quit or are terminated, then Debbi (president's sister) just makes more and more money.
I see the scam now. Treat people poorly, lie to them, give bad customer service - then, get the right people to quit or terminate them to line the pockets of the "family". Great business model - for them! Oh, and don't forget - don't pay your taxes so you have more money to give to "the family". Are these people in Utah or New York? Can anyone say Sopranos?

Recently I have recieved a ton of emails from unhappy downlines who are not getting any support from there upline. If this is you, no need for sadness any longer! YEAH-finally a solution!!! I just talked to Tamme and we both agreed how ridiculous and unfair for the poor downline that cannot even get her upline to have the decentsy (sp) to even return a email ever! Your upline is negative, that certainly counts. You have every right to be with a upline who helps you. If you have any documentation or correspondance, send with your
letter. You will then compress up to the next upline. If the compression is still in-active, you will keep moving up. You do not need any signatures from your old upline as you are still in the same family tree, just compressing up. You are not changing lines. This way everyone will be in good hands!
