Customer Support Nightmare. Lied to this consumer about sending out a simple flashdrive now for over 6 months

The product itself may have a good brand name and its reputaTion for building good TV's seem unprecedented in the industry however; the customer support side of things is a completely different story. Dealing with Samsung customer service is a living nightmare. They are totally incompetant. I first contacted them via phone in August to report that my Blue Ray DVD player freezes when playing any animated feature movie. They sent out a disk which the player rejected. I called again and we tried to download the drivers which didn't work.in the months that followed they promised to send out a pre-loaded flashdrive but instead sent out 6 more CD's each one worthless since non have worked in the device. Subsequently, I reached out to them over 20 times via phone in the months that followed and each call is robotically handled in the exact same trivial manner, reading from a script. They refuse to connect me with a supervisor and placed me on very long holds only to come back on the phone promising to rush out the part which never comes. Botton line: sh*tty customer service=no more purchases!
