Don't make any personal deals with this individual. This is what he had wrote as a written agreement:

I, Trevor Goble, hereby agree to "rent to own" a 32 inch Insignia Flat Screen TV bearing serial number S110ens32eBLANK for a period of 1 year at $60.00 per month for 12 months.

The tv herein shall not be converted for any reason until and upon the last payment. The seller Jonathan Watson herein known as the leaser shall in the event of default be entitled to reclaim said property.

Said payments will deposited to a Royal Bank Account registered to the leaser or as directed in account 03762-5037635 or an account as directed by the leaser.

Each installment will deposited in the account on or before the 1st day of each
month commencing April 1st 2011 and ending March 31.

I haven't had continuous payments from him, and when I wrote him twice there was no response. Watch out!
