Non-delivery of products after payment

I purchased three cell phone covers from this company and paid in full on February 8. About two weeks later I received a package with ONE of the products and an invoice which indicated that the remaining two were "backordered."

An emailed request for status of the order sent March 17 was never answered.

A second request for status was sent on April 25.

Finally, the company responded on April 29 with the following:

"We will be more than happy to further assist you but are unable to at
this time... We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you."

Basically, they happily took my money and have not delivered.

This company is strongly not recommended.
