I have purchased several items with my vouchers and generally been okay with the results. Shipping charges added COD were a bit high. Also, there isn't any contact info on the maied materials, aside from an address to write. The vouchers being dated, it is impossible to have any product (and/or shipping charges) details snail mailed to you. I have purchased three items over the years. First, a stereo system in which the spools of the cassette player popped off, never to work again. The radio and cd palyer worked, so I just kept quiet, figuring it was just something I did to the unit. Next, I purchased a safe, which is fine, although I haven't oponed it recently (I hope it still works, I have thousands of dollars invested in the jewelry I tore there). My third purchase was a countertop dishwasher. That was a MAJOR waste of money. Being on Social Security Disability, I don't have money to throw away. The dishwasher made a strange noise when we turned it on, so we quickly turned it off. It never made another sound... Ever. It does not work. I had an electrician look at it and he could do nothing. I took it to a small appliance (though this is not really small) repariman and he too, was stumped. I figured I'd have to ship this thing back in order to get a refund, which is totally cost ineffecient. So it sits in my basement collecting dust. No response to my letter. Couldn't find a phone number, so I just gave up. That was several years ago, I haven't and won't deal with this company again. It would however, be satisfying to get my money back for the dishwasher, or be otherwise compensated NOT with their merchandise!
