Not only did it take forever for the items to arrive. And even if you email and they keep telling you that they will do their best, it arrives after over a month. Purchase two mp3/mp5 players and other items. Not only does the items doesn't work right out of the box, they won't believe you and after weeks of emailing back and forth, they finally tell you to return it.
I repeatedly stated that i do not want the items back anymore because they don't work. I understand the website saids no returns, but the items did not work and these are presents for my kids. They were so disappointed that the items didn't work so we had to get them something else. Now after we have paid for the return of the items, 2 1/2 weeks later, they say they have to send it for repairs. The mp3/mp5 players are new, how will you repair it?! It does not work. So do i have to pay for the return again if it does not work. Will you then return my money but then i would have already paid over $50 for the returns alone! This is horrible. Don't buy from sourcinggate.com.
This is not the way to do business and definitely in US.
