I have been calling assurance to inform them that I never received the cellular phone. I was told that i would receive a new one and it would be investigated. Nothing wasnt done. When I the tried to close the case I was told I couldnt because I didnt have the pin. I tried to expain that I never received the phone or paper work the person who stole the phone set the account up. Assurance stated that they cant close the case or give me a new phone unless i use a different address. I dont think it is fair that someone is using a cell phone under my name and I want the case is closed. I want the phone deactivated because someone else is using a phone in my name.
