When I received a part I was unable to use I called the company and asked to return the part and the games began-I was told it would be $25 return fee on a $39.00 item-a 63% restocking fee! Their inv

I ordered a part and a week later I received it and it did not fit my component. I called immediately to return it and was told "just for me " instead of the ususual restocking fee of 25%, mine
would be 63% restocking fee!!! No amount of questioning or reasoning with the company did any good. I feel this is highly unfair!!! @!!

I would highly recommend avoiding the use of TRC electronics!!!
