On December 20 iContacted ABC about a warranty issue on 73in Mitsubishi. There were white and black spots. The next day the service ppl (Blackies TV repair) came and assed that YES the motor needed to be replaced. After a week (now dec 31) when icalled the 800# for ABC they told me that maybe next tuesday Jan. 4 they may or may not call me back. Why is it taking so long for some service. FIX MY TV! It has been 9 business days from my original call, and it seems to me that im getting the run around! $2600 for a TV w / 5yr warranty! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM ABC, and MITSUBISHI televisions are on my hit list too! I have the means to purchase quality, if this is how ABC is going to be, im going to be taking my $ elsewhere!!! Im so sorry to be a #pain but for $2600 iEXPECT better quality!!!
