My wife ordered a powerful antenna from antennahub.com for my birthday. It was ordered on 01/16. It was shipped on 01/21. I set it up for the first time on 03/16, because we live in Michigan, we had a lot of snow and could not get on the roof until 03/16.
On 03/16 we put it together, set it up on the roof, turned the box on. The rotor did not turn, the power box gave a electrical burn smell, and we found it was so hot it melted a small area of the back of the power box.
I asked for a return on 03/16, and the reply stated, your not supposed to leave the box on. I'm sorry, but I feel this is a defective power box. We did not leave it on, because as soon as we tried to use it, it was burning. My request for a return was answered as this:

You are actually supposed to turn the G2 Power supply off when it's not in use. That is probably the reason why you are experiencing it getting so hot. Just like you wouldn't leave your television on when its not in use, you shouldn't leave the G2 box on either. Unfortunately you have exceed the 30-day satisfaction guarantee, and we do not accept returns for orders that are over 60 days.

I am warning all people to not do business with this company. Their customer service is terrible.
