I've had my Virgin Mobile Intercept telephone for around 4 weeks now. I've had Numerous occasions where the Visitor won't function, my Gmail doesn't link, my Google Diary won't sync to my telephone, and Also The Mapping plan won't work - obviously this occurs after I am within an different town looking to get someplace! I've a small company and that I particularly got this telephone for business reasons. Customer Support hasn't offered me credit for my lost cash about the information part of my prepaid strategy, even though that I've had issues from the start, to ensure that results in many months of not having the ability to utilize what I'm spending money on. They did provide me 20 MOMENTS of phone period - exactly what a laugh! Very frustrating!
