Day 1: 3/16.install appointment 1-5pm. No show. No call. I initiated call. "Equipment distributor had flat tire." 1/2 day work lost.
Day 2: 3/17. Will call and come as soon as equipment comes in. No show. No call. I initiated call. "Still don't have your equipment." Appointment scheduled for next day 6-8pm.
Day 3: 3/18.install appointment. No show. No call. Call to local office forwarded to national call center. "Don't have your equipment. We left you a voicemail." My phone was on my hip the entire day. They never called.
Meanwhile, I have already received my first invoice for $77.
That's one h*ll of a flat tire.
