I entered an on-line order with them for an Ipod battery replacement on 2/16.
That same night I was able to fix the Ipod and cancelled the order on 2/17.
On 2/22 I contacted them about the status of refunding the order I cancelled.
On 2/24 they sent me an e-mail saying 7-10 days.
On 3/1 I asked again about my refund.
On 3/1 they told me they were behind.
On 3/1 I told them this was un-acceptable.
I was told someone would contact me on 3/3 and nothing happened.
On 3/10 I am asked again about my refund and told them I would post a compliant on Youtube next to their online ads.
On 3/12 I got my refund.
