I approached swift unlocks for a blackberry unlock, somehow the imei got messed up, swift was notified, instead they went on a tantrum raining abuses and calling the customer all sorts of names. Tried to resolve this amicably and it just continued. The downside to this is that the code for the berry provided still didnt work, contacted them again, the abuses just continued, to top it all, they reported the phone lost and had the pin blocked... I paid for this phone out of my pocket less than a year ago from Tmobile not from EBAY or anything, direct from the provider themselves... How ignorant and incompetent is that. See except of their rage below. "unbelievable"

Are you incompetent? You gave me the WRONG IMEI FIRST TIME! Thus wrong code generated! Why dont you look at your receipt before you come to a judgement and look like the FOOL
