We took our phone that we purchased to this company to have them unlock it for our Galaxy Note.
Robbie Shawareb tried for the longest time to get the phone unlocked and unfortunately was not successful.
He sent us on our way saying it was an issue with the phone. We contacted AT&T to verify the phone issue and it was indeed a blacklisted phone which was our fault for buying it in the first place. However, AT&T indicated that the phone should never have been able to receive an unlock code if the phone is blacklisted as the IMEI would not register the unlock.
We contacted Robbie back to tell him that the code he gave us was fake and that the program he used or company he used should not have been able to give him a code and we politely requested a refund.
After going back and forth about whose fault it was on due diligence he decided to tell me good luck and hung up on me.
This is NOT the kind of customer service I would except especially if it came from somewhere that would love to have continued rapport with customers which OBVIOUSLY Robbie does not!
