My purchase at this store was a Compaq Presario. It had only been a month and I couldn't play any video. I sent letter of complaints to the store and I received a note telling me not to worry because they shall replace it without further ado. I was kind of overwhelmed by how fast they attend to their customers but I should have realized I was just deceived. Three days later I got the replacement. It was the same model, but then to my disappointment, Safe National of America has tricked me to believe so. It was the same model from the outside but you would know, the bios splash screen displays an HP logo. Are they kidding me? I'm not a computer savvy but I do understand how things work. I've never been this disappointed over a purchase. It's new; you wouldn't expect things to work like that. How could they be so scheming? They could've asked me if it was okay but deluding me into believing that nothing's wrong is a one big lie. Every time I use my Laptop, I just get annoyed at the fact. It's really pissing me off every time.
