I have always been a constant customer at Safe National of America. Since I'm fond of buying gadgets for my nephews and niece, I've been constantly buying from Safe as I find it really impractical to shop on other stores which would require me a few minutes drive. Because of that, I've observed the gradual decline of the store's quality and service. Not so long ago, I find ease at making friends with sales assistants since they're very accommodating and they're quite helpful with my purchases. Well the latest gadget I got was a MP4 Player for my 8 year old nephew. I was getting him one, and I humbly asked one of the assistants to help me compare prices of different brands and maybe she could give me an idea on what to buy. She told me that the prices speak for itself and left. When I saw her again, she was sitting next to the counter doing nothing but frolic gossiping. Well she finds it more interesting to gossip than answer customer's inquiries. I was infuriated but I kept myself calm. Now the other problem would be how to confront them, because it appears the MP4 has muffled sound. This is really disappointing.
