I bought my new Dell netbook at the Safe National of America I never thought that what I have bought was defective. When I arrived home and test it. I find out that it has a defective keyboard. So I went back at the store and tried talking to the person in-charge of their customer service. I never thought I will be treated with disdain; I was expecting to meet an amiable and supportive customer service officer. Yet I was treated with contempt which makes me feel humiliated. I was so embarrassed with the way he deals with me. I was looking for their manager but I was just answered with a scorn thus I went home with a heavy heart swearing to tell of my friends and relatives never to set foot in that Safe National of America store.
