Well, besides the fact that Alltel charges me for services I haven't even used yet; i.E., being billed for well into the next month some three weeks in advance but I have to pay it this month. The products I have received from them are downright just a piece of garbage like my Wireless Internet feature that they made me sign a two-year contract for, probably because they know their product is Crap! Besides a two-year contract is useless because all it does is help to create a negative credit report rating, (three years or more shows a positive rating). The only way to seek any form of reimbursement from Alltel is to take them to court in the American Arbitration Association. The completely useless customer service department will tell you that if the bill is paid on the current month that the next billing cycle will show the credit received, but if for some reason they don't correct the problem in time you get billed again for the same problem and the circle of bullshit continues. The best thing to come out of Alltel being the worst cellular/internet provider I have had the misfortune of dealing with is the buyout taking place by ATT&T.
