Hopeless

I ve placed a complain on the 18 of the month the service manager mr anil kumar has been neglecting the complain by just saying sir the timer is not available...
The timer was fixed on the 25th and a sum of 1575/- was taken!!!
But the fridge is not yet in running condition???
Will any action be taken from the authorities
