Pacific Falcon CB Ham Radio Shop they never sent me my order, took it out of my visa

I had ordered over the internet to #1Falcon CB & Ham Radio Shop for (2) items,
[1] 8 pin microphone plug, [1] 8 wire curly microphone chord. The value with
shipping was only 11.97. We have made more that 5 calls and they either don't
pick up and or return the calls, no answer to emails either. I know this isn't much
money, but, I faithfully paid them. The order was place Nov. 29 and here
it is Dec. 17
