A sales rep. Contacted me on march 3 and offered me 150 radio ads for $300. This sounded like a great deal so i told him to come over my shop. We closed a deal at $400 for the 150 radio ads. I paid the sales rep (martin mendoza) a $200 deposit but soon called me after he, going to lunch that he had lost his folder and all the documents. After this incident, i never saw this person again but, he called me and said maria ochoa would help me instead. So, maria ochoa comes to my shop and gives me a new contract where i would be getting only 30 radio ads for $330. I agreed to this contract as she told me martin mendoza was not working for them any longer but that he was in fact still working for them on march 3. For this reason she would accept the $200 deposit from the first contract. A full month went by so, i decided to write a letter to maria ochoa on april 13. She called me on april 15 and said she will not honor the contract and she will not return my $200 deposit. She told me i can take her to court; add interest fees but she will not return my money. The total i am chargin maria ochoa on my monies is $243 including $35 fee for writing a letter and 4% interest fee for the first month.
