Payment taken, goods not received, e-mails not responded to, phone number does not exist

I have purchased an item online, payment was taken the next day, but goods still not received after a month. I tried e-mailing them but there was no response at all, one of the e-mail addresses does not even exist, nor does the phone number. Did not receive e-mail to confirm dispatch either.
