Our title is pamela h. Tucker, don’t have my account number. I requested and obtained my oven, but instantly named and terminated the cookbooks, later on. Nevertheless, you simply billed my bill $15.99 in problem. Our target is 2012 e. Elm street, springfield, mo 65802. Don't charge me for another shippment!!! I'd like an entire refund of the $15.99 instantly as well as the $33.00 you caused me in over-draft costs. I'll delay 5 business days for your credit ahead through on my bank account after which i'll report one to the better business agency, and also the consumer protection agency daily, till this is solved. I'm on the fixed income and may not afford this. You people have your phone system put up to ensure that people don’t truly understand what they're buying. Deal with this issue instantly, our bank has been notified this is a cost and has turned it to their “dispute quality department” for investigation of the charge and your organization.
