Switched my home security system. ADT set an appointment for Friday from 8am to 12am. The installer got here at 3pm, took out my old security system and was done around 5;45 pm. He tested the system everything worked good. He left and 15 minutes later my land line phone rang, it had a buzzing sound. I could not here the caller, my old system never had that problem. I called the installer he was on another job, here is what he said. I will talk to my supervisor. No call saturday or sunday. I called his supervisor and left a message. Called ADT main office Monday morning at 8am the girl said it would be 2 weeks before anyone could come out. I said well cancel this contract, I have 3 working day to do that. Her supervisor came on an said I will get someone out there today. No calls all day so at 4;30 pm Monday I cancelled my service. I was then sent to the installer supervisor, I told him the story and that I called and left a message on his business phone. He said I have not checked my messages today. I told him to come take this P O S system out of my house. He got rude with me, I think all that was needed to stop the buzzing sound was a filter. Why didn't the installer come back? How long does that take 2 minutes or so. Hell I will take my money somewhere else, and I did. I still have there new system here, no one has came to get it. Don't do business with this WE ARE BETTER THAN ANYONE ELSE. I guess they don't need my money or yours either.
