This company is ran by a bunch of to bit hustler's... I went out there to saginaw store to purchase a flatscreen, I put a deposit down, until I talked to and get my wife's approval, well we found a better deal and wanted to go else where, so I went to the store expecting to get my deposit back, they tell me they can refund it but it has to come from corporate office. I called corporate and was told my check would get cut and sent right out, Yeah right! I called back 2 weeks later, and they told me the check was mangled and ripped, it was suppose to be sent out, so they had to recut a check. Now it's the 17th and I still do not have my money, nor has my money been sent out. I called several times and the customer service reps cannot get a hold of no one in accounting. This company is not a real company it's just a bucket shop operation fronting as a large corporation... I would not buy a dog collar from them. Save your money and go to walmart they have bertter deals anyway! I have found other ripp off reports on the web regarding this company beware they are not integral people.
