Guaranteed return on 9/22/10.10/18/10 called back, boss was to contact. No-call. 10/20 called back however no-call back. 11/11/10 when would return be shipped? 11/12/10 reimbursement could get atleast another 45 times! I'm confident I'll NEVER GET THE REIMBURSEMENT.
