I bought an RC model and a radio transmitter from this creep. He send me a radio with an illegal frequency for surface RC models and he also sent me the wrong servos. I brought this to his attention and he didn't believe a word I was saying so I can get my full refund for this illegal equipment. But, then he started ignoring my emails. After I reported him to the Attorney General of New York, he in turn sent my complaint to the Department of Consumer affairs where Kimberly Salazer took his side and closed the case after I refuse to surrender an unfair 20% restocking charge since he was the one that sold me this illegal equipment and wrong servos. It was absolutely his fault and toward the end I was really getting upset because of the run around he gave me and lied through his teeth. So I wrote the Attorney General again, each time including emails between us and how I was trying to make arrangements to return the radio. Not only is he a crook but he is a filthy liar as well. I never used the radio under the circumstances and it's all sealed up and ready to go. But, since this crook is trying to rip me off it's still sitting on the couch ready to be mailed. I sure hope I get the full refund of $349 back.
