Vortex/Vertex Technologies - faulty print/copy cartridges

I ordered two printer and copier cartridges from an e-mail sent by Vertex Technologies in Atlanta, GA. The cartridges took six weeks to arrive and both are defective/broken. The company won't refund the money or cancel the MasterCard charges. They won't replace the cartridges, and won't provide a valid return address and accept defective cartridges sent back to them.

The comapny also may be known as Vortex Technologies or Benchmark Supplies. Don't order anything from these companies.
