Www.usacheque.com Took my money and company will not return emails or accept phone calls. I never recieved the microsoft software

On October 15, I went online and purchased microsoft office package for 2010. The money was taken from my account as of October 16. I have an email confirmation on that. Still, no one answers the customer service line and I have no way of reclaiming my money or ensuring that I will attain my product. The product never arrived.
