Requested hot water heater because of great evaluations on Amazon store-front. First indication of difficulty when no following data was supplied. This heater was to displace a dripping one therefore regular supply was essential. Difficult to get anyone to reply the telephone during business hours - the saving claims "one-call in line" with no one replies. Once I acquired "two calls in line" after which somebody responded, didn't provide any shipping data and didn't contact 24 hours later as guaranteed. Them didn't appear over per week after guaranteed shipping.
I'd to get another heater and stop the charge card purchase.
