Used 3 hours with technology and customer care simply to discover that I had been offered a refurbished notebook, that was why they might not find my serial # within their program. That is a business training...
They said it had been a miscommunication however it really was a deceptive/dishonest conduct on Sonyis component to market me a $1200 refurbished notebook without informing me what I had been receiving. I'd NEVER buy a refurbished notebook.
They provided me 5% discount on the new purchase... Are you kidding me??? I'll NEVER buy another Sony merchandise... Actually!!!
