I brought and emachine computer and montier & lemark printer from circuit city they sent back my rebates un opened and said the box was closed for that rebate. But my rebate said i had until nov. 2001 to send them in. I sent them in sept. I have called them and they said I didnt have anything on record. This is twice i have brought a computer from them and didnt get my rebates. The one other time in 1998 i didnt complain about it.
I think that was about 200.00 dollars. This was was around 630.00 but my rebate slips have faded. I cant read them anymore. The condition was i keep cs.com for two years and im still using it.
My other complaint is they called my home and talked to my husband about my acc. I sent them amessage and told them i would turn over to the bbb next time. They are not using the privacy act. They try to make you pay a payment ahead that you have 20 days on.
