I Have Made Complaints. I Have 2 Different Invoices And They Owe Me Money I Am So Frustrated That They Will Not Refund My Money It Has Been Month's. It's Like They Leave Me No Option But Small Claims Court. I Am Sure They Don't Care About There Reputation. I have 1 Of There Technician's Admitting That He Went On Service Call To Elderly Man House And He Didn't Have TV on Channel 2 For Cable To Work So Owner Said Bring It In Because They Were Slow. That Just Shows There Character. The Tech, Has Worked There 8 Years And Wishes He Could Find Another Job He Get's $300.00 A Week And He Can't Sleep At Night Do To Owner's Rip Off's What A Guy That Fedor Is. The day He ripped Me Off His Wife Went For Oil Change In Her Mercedes And They Forgot To Put Oil In Her SUV So I Believe That Was Carma.
