Deceptive business admitting fraud and getting away with it

Almost two years ago signed up with verizon for a two year contract and bought two blackberry storm phones after having the sales rep guarantee that all the bugs were out of the phone. Turns out, the rep who is also a manager lied and that my wife and I were forced to exchange out the phones for the same type over 17 times, and no matter what, we had to take the same model. This was highly frustrating and almost led to my wifes death back in February. One of the instances, Verizon refused to exchange the phone unless I connected it to my computer and run an update. Something was bad with the phone that both the phone and my new psx58d asus motherboard shorted out. Was lucky the motherboard was only two weeks old and was able to exchange it out, but worse, my wife who needed her phone for emergency and is wheelchair bound fell and when she went to call for help, the phone would not work and luckily I came home for a lunch break or it would have been to late. Because of this, she ended up in the hospital for two weeks.

After this, I filled out a small claims subpoena and verizon gave me a false address, though after it came back I called the store I bought it from and for my luck, got the conversation recorded with the manager Felipe who said if I came in, would allow me to exchange both phones but also have to renew the contract for another two years. I came in with the phones next day and waited over 5 hours because I was told Felipe was in a meeting and another manager tried scamming me for not only new contract but to pay for new phones. Next day I talked with Felipe who first said that the offer his co-worker gave was the same he was going to give until I confronted him with the recording, then he just apologized and said his hands were tied. I then called corporate again who after a lot of being tossed from department to department got a rep who talked with their supervisor and made a deal that he would give us two droids with the rebates aklready taken out, plus 500 minutes for the times we had no service. When asked if we could pay the phones over a years time, was told he can't set this up, but just pay your phone bill for the service, and in 30 days the rest will go to collections and they will set up a payment plan for 12 months.

Did exactly what he said, and to my suprise I am now told that they cant do this, plus they have no record of 500 minutes being added, nor is there any way to do this. I sent a copy of the conversation to corporate via email and recieved a responce from a Joseph Frost who after I sent a copy of the origional small claims subpoena, is now ignoring any and all conversation. I updated the subpoena and got it stamped for November 1st of 2010 and emaild a copy to Joseph. As usual, no reply but now despite paying for the service, and disputing the rest they shut the phones off and deleted my account so there is no record of me or my wife ever doing business with them. Guess what? I have two years of bills since I never went paperless that clearly shows the gaps of no service, and again the boxes they shipped the new phones in. I also contcted my bank and they did a chargeback once they verified I no longer had service with them. Went elsewhere to buy two temporary phones until the court date comes.

Be careful of verizon, because even when you shoves a recorded message in their face and they aknowledge they are wrong, they will still tell you, you have to pay, and one last thing, before they deleted my account, and the service was off, they still added monthly fees. My bank has them blocked so they can't use credit card information to try charging fees or early disconnection fees.
